Appearence: A vial filled with water.
Effect: It might look like normal water, but the water has been infected by an ancient bug which advances its electrolytes hence overtaking the water. Drinking it will paralize the opponent for an ammount of 4 seconds.
Charge Time: Making someone to drink it is one post, the effect is another. So two.

Approved but it can't be a one shot kill so you'll have to make it paralyzing to humans as well.
